FREE Mindful Walks
Saturday’s 11AM

Are you feeling the need to connect with nature?

Join me for FREE weekly Mindful Walks! These beginner-friendly walks are the perfect way to build your community and see some of Haverhill’s most beautiful spots!

The measurable benefits of mindfully walking are plenty: our stress levels are lowered, immune systems are strengthened and sleep habits improved. Along our walk, I will speak to these benefits of regularly getting out into nature, as well as share tips on how to incorporate more mindful walking into your life.

Where: Winnekenni Castle - we’ll meet in front of the tennis court

347 Kenoza Ave, Haverhill, MA 01830

What time: 11am sharp every Saturday

How far we’ll walk: We’ll walk as a group around the Basin Loop which is about 1 mile - you can explore the other trails on your own time once we have completed the loop.

Tips: Dress in layers, wear comfortable clothing + supportive shoes (especially on colder days)

DOGS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN! (as long as they’re on a leash and under your control the whole time)
